01Read PDF textSkip OCR when selectable text already exists.
02Layout-aware local OCRScans and images are read with word positions, not flattened text alone.
03Reconstruct & validateRebuild table columns and check invoice arithmetic before review.
04Review & exportCorrect any flagged values, then create CSV, JSON or Excel.
Processing adapts to the document: clean PDFs use their embedded data, while scans and images receive layout-aware recognition and validation.

InvoiceOCRHub checks document structure and arithmetic before showing the result. Review flagged values before accounting, payment or tax use.

How it works

From document to usable data

A short workflow keeps extraction fast while leaving the final values easy to inspect and correct.

01

Upload a UAE tax invoice PDF or image and extract the visible invoice data.

02

Check supplier and buyer details, TRNs, VAT arithmetic, totals and line-item completeness.

03

Review which PINT AE data can be mapped from the document and which information must come from your ERP, accounting system or Accredited Service Provider.

FAQ

Questions about UAE Readiness Checker

Is this an official UAE compliance certificate?

No. This is a readiness aid for identifying invoice data and likely gaps. Formal eInvoicing exchange and validation is handled through the UAE framework and Accredited Service Providers.

Does a PDF tax invoice count as a UAE eInvoice?

No. UAE eInvoicing uses structured invoice data. A PDF or image can be a useful source document, but it is not itself the structured eInvoice exchanged through the system.

Why does the checker mention fields that are not printed on my invoice?

PINT AE includes structured identifiers, codes and electronic-address fields that may live in your ERP, master data or ASP configuration rather than on the human-readable invoice.
