Questions about Invoice OCR

Are invoice files uploaded?

In Private mode, supported files are processed on your device. Enhanced cloud processing can be added separately and will be clearly identified when available.

Why can a digital PDF be faster than a scan?

A digital PDF may already contain selectable text, so the tool can read that text directly and skip OCR.

What affects OCR accuracy?

Image resolution, rotation, compression, unusual fonts, tables, document language and layout can all affect recognition quality. The tool now uses word coordinates and arithmetic validation to reduce common invoice-table errors.
