02Layout-aware local OCRScans and images are read with word positions, not flattened text alone.
03Reconstruct & validateRebuild table columns and check invoice arithmetic before review.
04Review & exportCorrect any flagged values, then create CSV, JSON or Excel.
Processing adapts to the document: clean PDFs use their embedded data, while scans and images receive layout-aware recognition and validation.

InvoiceOCRHub checks document structure and arithmetic before showing the result. Review flagged values before accounting, payment or tax use.

FAQ

Questions about Line Item Extractor

Why is line-item extraction marked beta?

Tables vary more than header fields. Complex multi-column layouts, wrapped descriptions and poor scans can require more correction.

Does this use a paid API?

No. The current version uses the same local browser-processing pipeline as the Invoice OCR tool.

Can I export the extracted rows?

Yes. The result can be exported with the same CSV, JSON and Excel actions used by the other invoice tools.
