02Layout-aware local OCRScans and images are read with word positions, not flattened text alone.
03Reconstruct & validateRebuild table columns and check invoice arithmetic before review.
04Review & exportCorrect any flagged values, then create CSV, JSON or Excel.
Processing adapts to the document: clean PDFs use their embedded data, while scans and images receive layout-aware recognition and validation.

InvoiceOCRHub checks document structure and arithmetic before showing the result. Review flagged values before accounting, payment or tax use.

FAQ

Questions about Invoice to JSON

Is the JSON schema fixed?

The current export uses normalized fields such as vendor, invoice_number, invoice_date, total and line_items. Future versions may add more fields while keeping common keys stable.

Is this an API?

No. This page is an interactive converter. API access can be added later for automated workflows.

Can I edit values before export?

Yes. Correct the extracted values first, then copy or download the JSON.
